Summer blossom honey is harvested and processed just during the summer solstice. the honey is lighter than honey harvested later in summer or in early autumn. It is very mild with a rich aroma and bright color.

Summer blossom honey contains the most diverse nectar of meadows and forest flowers. Linden, blueberries, raspberries, and all possible meadow flowers.
